When a parcel cannot be delivered directly to you or someone in your household and it doesn’t fit into your mailbox, the delivery service will typically try to leave it with a neighbor. If that isn’t possible, the package will be taken to a nearby pickup station.

Please be aware that uncollected packages will be returned to us after the carrier’s pickup period expires and a processing fee of €2.99 will be deducted from your refund.
