We are sorry to hear that you would like to return your La Loba piece. As a little brand, we are always happy and grateful to receive any feedback that helps us make you happy and lower returns.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to send your return back to our logistic.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Please ensure the item is free from any signs of wear, including makeup stains, deodorant marks or other traces.

Return shipping is not included and must be covered by the customer.*

    It is mandatory to complete our online return form before sending your item back.

    Returns without a completed form cannot be accepted.

  2. Send your item:
    If you wish to return your item, please send it back by post. For your own protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping service. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages sent without tracking.

Damages and issues
We kindly ask you to check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned - such as custom-made products, including all pieces from our handmade-to-order “Bolsa x La Loba” bags and hats. These items are excluded from refunds as they are made especially for you.

Exchanges & Refunds

To receive the item you want as quickly as possible, please return the original one. After your return is accepted, you can simply place a new order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At La Loba, we create intentionally - in small batches, with care and with deep respect for people and the planet.
That same intention carries through to how we handle returns.

We ask our customers to cover the cost of return shipping. Why? Because we want to encourage conscious decisions rather than impulse purchases. Every shipment leaves a footprint and by not offering free returns, we hope to reduce unnecessary deliveries and the environmental impact they cause.

This approach also allows us to avoid overproduction and waste, keeping our collections thoughtful and our prices fair.
